Let go

Today I want to invite you to let go

Once in a while, something reaches
our awareness and we know intuitively
that we need to let go

Fighting with something that we need
to let go of is a battle that we can’t win.

It’s not worth negotiating when something
that you need to let go of reaches your
awareness and takes over.

I have found that the detrimental effects 
of not letting go
can be anger and depression.

Is it time to let go of something that you
cannot change, or something or someone
that you are trying to control?

When you let go it’s a form of surrender.

Letting go opens you up to the help that
is available. It may be the help of a trusted
friend, or it may be the help of the god of
your understanding.

If there is something that has reached your
awareness that you need to let go of, I invite
you to let go now.

Let’s use our breath.

Take a breath in and on the out breath let
go of everything that I have said so far.

Take a breath in and on the out breath let
go of the last 24 hours.

Take a breath in and on the out breath let
go of the last seven days.

Take a breath in and on the out breath let
go of everything that has happened during
your lifetime.

Take a breath in and let go of the history
of the world and the universe.

Finally, take a breath in 
and on the out
breath 
let go
