Spiritual Direction FAQ

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

My fees are on a sliding scale ($30 to $70 per session) to make spiritual direction accessible to those of different means. I suggest we have a complimentary session to see if we are going to be a fit for one another. If we go ahead, payment can be made by cheque or e-transfer.  I will provide receipts if requested. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

Currently, I am meeting people online or on the phone. When things open up again and we can meet in person, I will either meet with people in my Port Moody apartment, or in a nice private space offered by the Strata. We can meet in a public place for our first visit if you prefer.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU MEET WITH PEOPLE?

It varies how often I meet with people, but typically we meet monthly. I find that having a regular practice of meeting is helpful.

IS THERE ANY PAPERWORK I NEED TO FILL OUT?

Our first visit is intended to help us get to know each other and answer any questions you might have about me or spiritual direction. If we decide to go forward I will just ask you to read this page (which you obviously have) and this one on spiritual direction, my background and how to get started.
