Have you seen that ad (it might just be in Canada) where someone applies for credit, and before they can even say a word, the person behind the desk smiles and says, “Approved!”? That’s exactly how I felt when I found out my mindfulness meditation on Insight Timer was approved.
If you’re not familiar with Insight Timer, it’s one of the world’s most popular meditation apps. It offers a huge library of guided meditations, talks, music, and courses—all designed to support mindfulness, relaxation, and personal growth. It’s like having a pocketful of peace you can access anytime, anywhere. And the best part? Many of its resources, including my meditation, are completely free.
The meditation I created is called Experiencing Oneness in a Divided World. In it, we explore a deep and comforting truth: that everything is connected.
